Call to Worship for 3/15/15

“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful; and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.” {Heb 10:23-25 NASB}

It’s Sunday and if you are a believer in Christ Jesus, you should be involved in and attending a local church.

John MacArthur has some thoughts on why believers ought to be in church, and you are encouraged to read them.

Please consider joining us for church if you are in our neck of the woods.  Sunday School for all ages begins at 9:00AM est, we have a brief fellowship at 10:00, and corporate worship begins at 10:30.  Children’s Church and Nursery services are available!  We adhere to expository preaching and hold God in high esteem in everything we do as a church.

Of course if you can’t make it to church today, you’re free to join us online.

If you aren’t in the Pittsburgh area and need help finding a good church, here is a good place to start.

Remember Paul’s encouragement to Timothy:

“I am writing these things to you, hoping to come to you before long; but in case I am delayed, I write so that you will know how one ought to conduct himself in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and support of the truth.” {1Ti 3:14-15 NASB}
